Our story

Founded in Little Rock, June 1, 2020.

Plush Homes Company - Realtors was founded by Monica Hale, a broker with more than twenty years in the industry, to do real estate a little differently: luxury-level attention without the luxury-only attitude.

From an office on Main Street, the Plush team represents buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants across Central Arkansas, in residential and commercial property, and manages rentals for owners who want their investment looked after.

Our mission is simple. Deliver exceptional service by offering real estate solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients, whoever they are and whatever they are buying.

Monica Hale

Monica founded Plush after two decades in real estate, and still works with clients every week. As Principal Broker she leads a team of 31 agents, sets the standard for how every Plush client is served, and answers to a simple test: would she be happy with this if it were her own family's move?
